Show was great, but venue management was bad

Demetri Martin was absolutely great!!! One of my favorite comedians for sure! Unfortunately I missed the first 10 minutes due to the extremely long line to get into the assembly hall. We arrived over 25 minutes before the show started and got right in line (that didn't appear to even be moving), we were not late. There were not that many people to justify the extremely slow speed of the line moving. When we got upstairs, we saw that it was due to only 2 security people wanding everyone before entry - only using one of the doors. It would have been nice if they could have delayed the show even 5-10 minutes to allow more people to get in. there were at least 200 people still behind us in line when we got into the show 10 minutes after it started. It disrupted the show a few times as people in the front came in and Demetri addressed them - he obviously had no idea about the delayed entry situation.
